3. Ordering & Payment

Orders can only be placed through our official website: www.ozilmart.com

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation via SMS or Email.

We accept the following payment methods:

💵 Cash on Delivery (COD)

📱 bKash / Nagad / Rocket

💳 Online Payment (SSLCommerz or other secure gateways)

For non-COD orders, full payment is required before dispatch.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across Bangladesh using reliable third-party logistics partners such as Pathao and Steadfast.

Delivery Charges:

Inside Dhaka: As per courier rate (usually 70 BDT)

Outside Dhaka: As per courier rate (usually 130 BDT)

Estimated Delivery Time:

🚚 Inside Dhaka: 2–4 working days

📦 Outside Dhaka: 3–7 working days

Please note: Delays due to weather, holidays, or courier service issues are beyond our control.

5. Cancellation & Return Policy

Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

Returns:

Must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.

6. Product Description & Availability

We strive to ensure all product details (color, size, design) are presented accurately. However, minor variations may occur due to differences in screen display or manufacturing.

Product availability is subject to stock. If an item is unavailable after order placement, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.
